Suggestions For Living One Day at A Time

 

Write your New Year resolutions down and use your own resources. Just reflect, pray, ask for guidance and write them down. As a guideline, think of 12 activities that one can do on a daily basis then the months and year will take care of itself. You will be surprised that they will come to the surface in your mind just when you need them most.
Here are mine......
Daily Check List

1. Think before speaking.

2. Pray everyday. Give thanks - Ask for guidance.

3. Take your vitamins.

4. Learn something new.

5. Care for a pet.

6. Call a loved one or a friend.

7. Don't whine

8. Express your feelings - verbally or using a journal.

9. Eat a well balanced diet, don't overeat.

10. Read.

11. Exercise.

12. Get chores and work related duties done.
