I've had trouble sleeping through the night for years. I would usually wake up and would not be able to go back to sleep. With this product, I sleep very soundly for seven to eight hours. It really makes a difference in how I feel during the day as well. I have found a negative, you must get 7 to 8 hours of sleep, otherwise, you are groggy when you wake up.

I use Passion Flower for hypertension control. Works well for that. This brand seems to work better than other brands that I have used.
Only negative comment I have is that I wish it was more highly concentrated, or that it was 500mg caps rather than 350mg. Maybe half whole herb and half concentrate.
