12 Ways To Cleanse And Maintain A Healthy Colon

 

Nearly every, man, woman, and child today is constipated! Yes, constipated whether they know it or not. Your bowels may move regularly every day, but they should move after each meal! Consider the Latin root of the word constipate which is: constipare which means to press together. This means that most everone has feces that are packed together. The proper amount of moisture must be mixed with digested food to form light, airy feces that float on the toilet bowl water.
This is why the proper amount of water and fiber must be consumed each day! Laxatives are not the answer. They irritate the colon, causing the bowels to move only to evacuate the laxative itself.
